While searching for a building team to build our long awaited dream bach at Cooks Beach, we introduced ourselves to Damian for the first time after a phone call and a quick conversation. We remember we felt like we had won the lottery, it was a natural fit and we never regretted our decision for a moment.  Damian along with his team of qualified builders were fantastic and really likable, and their attention to detail was superb. It is with great pleasure that I provide this reference for Damian. I engaged Percival Construction Limited in January 2012 to build a new family owned holiday home at Hahei Beach. In deciding who we would engage to build our home we had two key criteria. Firstly, as the home was architecturally designed and had been highly spec’ed it was important to engage an experienced builder, and secondly, as we live in Auckland and would not be able to visit the project regularly it was critical to engage someone who was an experienced and proven project manager. Damian is a great communicator, which was very important to us as we lived 2.5 hours from the project. Regular usage of on site internet connection and digital photographs gave us instant information, which enabled us to make good decisions remotely. He was very practical and resolved any plan issues that arose on a very challenging building site. We recommend Damian very highly, and would definitely use him again.

Living 8000km’s from a major renovation project was not an ideal situation and was going to require an organised builder with exceptional communication skills. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Damian Percival during 2008, when he was foreman for Life Style Projects and in charge of the construction of our house as well as our neighbors. This was an enormous undertaking as it was building two houses, which were completely different in style, running in parallel.
